Bal-A-Vis-X® 2 hour workshop
With over 60 years of combined experience working with children of all ages and skill levels, instructors Coach Em, Mrs. Rockett, and Mrs. Keegan will work with
YOU and your child
to improve visual tracking, auditory imprecision, impulsivity, balance and anxiety issues. BAVX improves academics, focus, listening, whole body coordination, socialization, leadership and self-confidence.
Bal-A-Vis-X® is a series of
Balance-Auditory-VISion-eXercises
This Introductory workshop is for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, therapists to learn the very basic techniques of Bal-A-Vis-X in the morning session.
In the afternoon, they will learn how to use these exercises with their children using
sandbags and racquetballs. It is school friendly and just plain fun!

We promote peer collaboration, leadership training, and friendship building support in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. The parents and children will be working together in guided group and partner exercise
